To create an account with the after school program at TMS, all families need to register their children. This is required for a number of reasons:
1) This will issue a QR code that will be used to check students in and out from after school programs. Each child will receive a luggage tag to put on their bag. Each parent will receive a Connect Card that they will use to check out their child.
2) Register at the appropriate fee level - We have two price levels - Regular fee & TMS Staff fee.
3) It allows us to collect the most up to date contact information for all parents and guardians.
4) It also allows us to share new terms & conditions for the program to protect families, the school & Connect.
In order for us to distribute the cards, you can upload a headshot of your child below, which will be helpful for our database. This image will not be shared or used for marketing. THIS IS OPTIONAL
This is for families who are not TMS Staff or educators
This is for families who are not TMS Staff or educators and have free/reduced lunch
If one of the parent or guardians is a teacher, AP or Principal at other schools in Metro Atlanta
This is for TMS staff who receive free aftercare for staff and PLC meetings as well as staff who utilize Connect for after school and holiday programs. The $5 fee covers 1 staff meeting and 1 PLC meeting per month.
An extra card for a third guardian/grandparent
Two extra cards for 3rd and 4th guardians/grandparents
Three extra cards for 3rd, 4th and 5th guardian/grandparents
